This meeting room can seat up to 49 guests and can be equipped with
audio equipment upon request.

This large Conference Room seats a maximum of 120 guests comfortably. The spacious room features wood-paneled walls, a wood-burning fireplace, large windows with mountain views and a multi-functional recording studio (This room is available to groups of 50 or more ONLY).

Outdoor Meeting Areas

Amphitheater

Visit the Amphitheater for quiet, intimate time with the Lord – or to host a small, intimate outdoor workshop. The Amphitheater is a quiet clearing, nestled into the side of the mountain, with the rustic touch of wooden-log benches. During the right time of the year, a visit to the Amphitheater will also treat you to the sights and sounds of the bubbling brook that runs adjacent to the amphitheater and cascades into a waterfall (during the snow season)!

Create a wonderful experience meeting by our running spring brook under the tall whispering pine trees.

Chapel Hill

Enjoy a panoramic view of the San Jacinto Mountains and the valley below with a seating capacity for 75 guests.  Watch the sunrise from the east of Chapel Hill and the sunset from the west while the trees surround you in a majestic view.

We offer Corporate packages that include meeting space, audio video services and accommodations for your team meetings. These rates apply for mid-week meetings Monday – Thursday.
